Admin monitor snapshot (root key only)

GET /admin/overview · Admin API key required

Read-only snapshot for the admin monitor page - registry record counts, the packaged-food review queue (pending, approved, rejected), RAG ingest job counts by status, and API key and usage totals (active keys by role, usage today and over the last 7 days, daily totals and the top keys). Never returns a raw key or its hash. Needs the root key; admin, reviewer and consumer keys are refused.
