Reference range(s) that apply to a patient for one analyte (API key)

GET /biochemistry/lookup · API key required

Returns the stored range(s) for the analyte at that age and sex, with the unit, age band and source. Send unit to also get the range in another unit. When several ranges apply (for example inland and sea-level haemoglobin) all are returned and needs lists what narrows it.

Parameters

• analyte (query, required) - Analyte id or alias (see GET /biochemistry/analytes)
• age_years (query) - Exactly one of age_years, age_months, age_days is required
• age_months (query) - Age in months (30 days each)
• age_days (query) - Age in days
• sex (query) - male or female
• unit (query) - Show the range in this unit
• altitude (query) - inland or sea_level
• method (query) - Assay platform
• sample (query) - Blood-gas sample
• cvd_risk (query) - Cholesterol goal class
• diabetes_target (query) - HbA1c target
• elderly (query) - true or false (homocysteine)
• premature (query) - true or false (newborn ranges)
