Classify BMI-for-age, birth to 5 years

WHO Child Growth Standards BMI-for-age as a z-score (0-60 months). The age picks the table (lying under 24 months, standing from 24). Pass bmi, or weight with length/height (BMI is then computed after any 0.7 cm position adjustment, reported in position_adjustment). Strict cut-offs: severe wasting below -3SD, moderate wasting below -2SD, normal -2SD to +1SD, possible risk of overweight above +1SD, overweight above +2SD, obesity above +3SD. implausible is true when |z| > 5. 5-19 years use /bmi-for-age. Screening aid only, not a diagnosis.
