Keyword search across drug-nutrient interactions
GET /drug-interactions/search · API key required
Whole-row keyword scan (no single indexed "name" column) - `q` can be a drug name, brand name, drug class, or a nutrient/food keyword (e.g. "grapefruit", "warfarin", "vitamin B12"). Mirrors the client-side search this data previously had in Oasis CNST.
