Classify head circumference-for-age, birth to 5 years

WHO Child Growth Standards head circumference-for-age as a z-score (0-60 months). Strict cut-offs: severe microcephaly below -3SD, microcephaly below -2SD, normal -2SD to +2SD, macrocephaly above +2SD, severe macrocephaly above +3SD. implausible is true when |z| > 5. The 6-month increment is /hc-velocity/classify. Screening aid only, not a diagnosis.

Parameters

• sex (query, required) - girls or boys (girl, boy, female, male, f, m also accepted)
• age_months (query, required) - Whole completed months
• hc_cm (query) - Head circumference in CENTIMETRES
• hc_mm (query) - Head circumference in MILLIMETRES (used if hc_cm is absent)
