Classify weight-for-age (underweight), birth to 10 years

WHO weight-for-age as a z-score (2006 standards to 60 months, 2007 reference 61-120 months). Strict cut-offs: severely underweight below -3SD, underweight below -2SD, normal -2SD to +2SD, high weight-for-age above +2SD, very high above +3SD. Not used to diagnose overweight; use weight-for-length/height or BMI-for-age. implausible is true when z < -6 or z > +5. Screening aid only, not a diagnosis.
