Mealtime quick-acting insulin dose, carbohydrate plus optional correction (API key)

Carb dose = (total_carb_g / 10) x icr_units_per_10g. To add a correction send current_bg_mmol_l with target_bg_low_mmol_l and target_bg_high_mmol_l: correction = (current - target midpoint) / isf_mmol_l_per_unit, with the ISF defaulting to the stored value (2.5 mmol/L per unit). A glucose below the target midpoint gives a correction of 0, never a negative one. Doses are rounded to the stored step (half a unit). Starting estimate only: the ratio, correction factor and targets belong to the person's diabetes team.
