NCP Step 1 — nutrition assessment (adults)

POST /fhir/Observation/$assess-nutrition · API key required

BMI and WHO class, % weight change with standard-interval significance, Mifflin-St Jeor BEE and clinician-factored energy/protein requirements, intake adequacy, GLIM criteria, and generic FH/AD/BD/PD/CH indicators, as Observations. Children are redirected (422) to $evaluate-growth. Stateless: nothing is stored. Body is a FHIR Parameters resource; success is a Bundle; errors are OperationOutcomes. See the API README, "NCP operations". Access: this operation needs a Bearer credential carrying the scope `system/Observation.write`. A missing credential returns 401, a missing scope 403 (both as OperationOutcome).
