Structural R4 check of one resource or Bundle
POST /fhir/$validate · API key required
System-level $validate. Checks element names, required elements, cardinality, required code bindings, primitive formats, references, extensions, narrative and the main invariants for the resource types this facade emits, plus the minimum cardinality of any Chakudya profile in meta.profile. NOT the HL7 FHIR Validator and not an implementation-guide check. Always 200 with an OperationOutcome. Access: this operation needs a Bearer credential carrying the scope `system/Resource.read`. A missing credential returns 401, a missing scope 403 (both as OperationOutcome).
