Bulk-create length/height-for-age rows (admin)
POST /length-height-for-age/bulk · Admin API key required
Seed files scripts/length_height_for_age_seed.json (124 rows, 0-60 months) and scripts/height_for_age_5_19_seed.json (336 rows, 61-228 months; run sql/023 first). A unique (sex, age_months, measured) constraint rejects re-seeding.
