Analyse a cohort's nutrition outcomes over follow-up (API key)
POST /longitudinal/cohort · API key required
Send up to 300 participants (3000 visits in all), each as for /longitudinal/analyse plus an optional group. Returns paired change with 95% intervals, status transition tables (first to last assessed visit), incidence and recovery for each condition, follow-up time, retention against a visit schedule (schedule_days, schedule_tolerance_days), a two-group comparison when participants carry a group, and optionally a flat participant-visit table for R or pandas (include_table). A participant that cannot be analysed is listed under excluded with the reason; the rest are still analysed. Nothing is stored.
