Interpret NFPE site gradings, Academy/ASPEN characteristics and observed findings (API key)

Send any of: sites [{site, grade}] (grade well_nourished, mild_moderate or severe), findings [{key} or {system, text} or a plain string], and aspen {energy_intake_pct, energy_intake_days, weight_loss_pct, weight_loss_days, body_fat, muscle_mass, fluid_accumulation (none, mild, moderate, severe), grip_strength_reduced} with context (acute, chronic or social). Returns the printed descriptor for each graded site, the Academy/ASPEN characteristics met for that context (a minimum of two of six is needed for a diagnosis of severe or non-severe malnutrition), and for findings the possible nutrition etiologies ranked by how many findings point to them plus the nonnutritional causes to exclude. Fat, muscle and fluid grades are the examiner's judgement. Educational aid, not a diagnosis. Reference rows are in clinical_reference_values (condition nfpe, sql/048) from Krause Appendix 11.
