Basal metabolic rate by Schofield (1985, needs height) and WHO (1985), multiplied by activity and stress factor ranges (activity_level or activity_factor, stress_condition or stress_factor, with a position low, mid, high or 0-1); DRI/FAO 2004 total energy expenditure in kcal/kg/day; and the IOM estimated energy requirement through the energy engine (pal_category needed from 3 years). Returns a recommended value and macronutrient grams by the AMDR for the age. Estimates for a dietitian or doctor to review.
