Initiation, advancement and goal for continuous or bolus feeds for the child's weight in the age group (0-12 months, 1-6 years, 7 years and over), steps and hours to goal, goal volume per day, and, with formula_kcal_per_ml, the energy delivered at goal and its share of energy_target_kcal.
