Preterm infant requirements and growth monitoring (API key)
POST /paediatric/preterm · API key required
Enteral fluid (120-200 mL/kg/day), energy (110-130 kcal/kg/day) and protein by weight band, with the monitoring targets. Add monitoring to check initial weight loss (up to 15%, regained in 10-14 days), weight gain (15-20 g/kg/day), length (more than 1 cm/week) and head circumference (0.8-1 cm/week).
