Upload a document for automatic ingestion (admin)

POST /rag/upload · Admin API key required

Multipart upload. The file is stored, an ingest job is created and queued; a background consumer extracts text, chunks it, embeds it and writes the chunks to the knowledge base. Poll `GET /rag/jobs/{id}` for status. Allowed types: pdf, docx, txt, md, csv, html. Maximum size 25 MB.
