Compute total and per-serving nutrition for a recipe (API key, rate-limited)
POST /recipes/calculate · API key required
Resolves each ingredient to a food row (local table first, then the same local-to-external lookupFoodCascade used by /foods/lookup), converts quantity/unit to grams via each food's own serving-size data where possible, then scales and sums nutrients across the recipe. Pure calculation, no persistence. Rate-limited like /rag/ask since an unresolved ingredient can fan out to an external lookup.
