Blood values with diet actions

Krause Table 35.10: each value is flagged low, in range or high against the dialysis column (default) or the normal-kidney column, with the diet action. Accepts mg/dL, mEq/L and SI units (umol/L, mmol/L, g/L). Also the calcium x phosphorus product (limit 59). Where KDOQI 2020 differs (phosphate, bicarbonate) the row carries kdoqi_2020_target. Albumin, prealbumin and nPCR are not read alone.
