CKD-EPI 2021 creatinine equation (race-free) and KDIGO G categories, with an optional A category from the urine albumin-creatinine ratio. Returns the status and ckd_stage to send to /renal-nutrition/requirements. These equations are not in the KDOQI or Krause documents. Adults only; a single value is a screen, not a diagnosis.
