Convert one nutrition value between units, with a plausibility check (API key)
POST /research/convert · API key required
Send {variable, value, from, to?} or {conversions: [...]} (up to 100). to defaults to the canonical unit, or the SI unit when unit_system is si. The value is converted and marked plausible or not; it is never refused for being out of range.
