Standardise nutrition variables across one or several clinical studies (API key)

Puts anthropometry, dietary intake, biochemistry, clinical signs, diagnoses and outcomes on one set of names and units. Send records for one study, or studies[] (each with study_id, records and optionally its own columns, units, date_format) for a pooled table. Units are never guessed: a value with no unit is reported as assumed_canonical. Out-of-range values are flagged with the units in which they would be plausible and are not altered. Derived: BMI and WHO adult class, % weight change (positive = loss), MUAC status, macronutrient % energy and per kg, GLIM, length of stay, 28- and 90-day mortality. Diagnoses (free text, ICD-10, NCP codes) map to a fixed concept list; negation and ambiguity return status review. Up to 500 records, 150 columns. Screening and standardisation aid, not a diagnosis.
