Harris-Benedict BEE with optional stress, adjustment and temperature factors (API key)

Basal energy expenditure from the Harris-Benedict equation (coefficients stored in clinical_reference_values). Optionally multiplies by one stress factor (use the highest applicable one, see GET /stress-factors/conditions), a 24-hour adjustment factor (see GET /stress-factors/adjustments) and a body temperature change of 13% per degree C from 37 C. Returns every step.
