Track progress from weigh-ins
POST /weight-management/progress · API key required
Stateless: send the weigh-ins. Returns total and recent rate, whether the rate is inside the guideline band, 5% and 10% milestones, a plateau flag (derived from the lowest guideline rate), target progress, a National Weight Control Registry check for maintenance, and Blackburn significance when weight falls while the goal is not loss.
